Every person
comes in contact with others who resonate and carry the same frequency in each stage of life. How you
interact with these people and yourself contribute to your vibration or frequency with state of mind. When you shift,
some people who still mean a great deal to you, may not be able to fulfill an experience as they did before. It may be time
to bring in new people with other energy and awareness to hold and further develop your personal inner shift. With
personal relationships interacting with other people as well, will
better fulfill your needs and assist your companion's awareness with
developing too. Yes couples may grow together even at different rates of speed and still remain a couple. This expression is
loyal committment and no one gets left behind. Being around people with equal or high inner vibrations will activate your
own awareness and the people you love in unity for everyone to ascend!!
You
have the ability to lift your perspectives and inner frequencies or remain where you are. You may even revert to
an older frequency that you have out grown, but, are familiar with. This will be uncomfortable causing you
anxiety and frustration.
Brainwave development assists with increasing frequencies.
There are four levels of brainwave patterns. Linear thought is Beta brainwaves working in logic,
memory, and the five senses. Many authorities of Earth limited themselves and others to this one brainwave pattern for thousands
of years.
In the past many of those people who retained use of all four brainwave patterns were often perceived as acting and believing
in a childlike way. With that being said it is the deep delta brainwave state of pure being, and unity
with the Divine, that is dominant in infancy. Many adults who remain open to the delta brainwaves are often ridiculed and
persecuted. Simple examples of these people include artists, composers, inventors and clairvoyants.
Deep inner thought, the theta state, is the realm of childhood. Creative imagination and expression flow with the theta
brain wave state.
Strong flowing divine
feelings, necessary to attract perfection, are the realm of alpha brainwaves and the inner adolescent self. Working in the
alpha brainwaves brings manifestation.
All of these selves must be healed, loved
and identified with; becoming an adult, for most people, has meant shutting down in various ways part or all
of these afore mentioned brainwaves. Balancing and working with all four levels, including the Beta brainwaves of
the adult self, increases the state of enlightenment, spiritual maturity and manifestation.
Meditation,
especially group meditation, increase brainwave stimulation. The reintegration of all four patterns can bring about a remembrance
or retention of childhood awareness for adults and growing children alike.
Now is the time for everyone to
take advantage of the opportunity through awareness with brainwave patterns to increase frequencies. Empowering every change
begins with an individual thought with its own unique vibration. Yor intention combines with other simular vibrations
contributing to a global consciousness. This unified expression fosters Global shifts.

the full moon as the side of the moon closest to the earth is fully illuminated by the light of the sun. Reflecting the
original intent of the New Moon we reap what we sow. The culmination of your efforts, a time of success or break downs, depends
on how you have followed your truth on your path. Standing in your truth without allowing the distractons
of people and situations to have gotten in the way. The direct alignment of the sun with the zodiacal sign and the planetary
and solar centers creates the opportunity for the sun to transmit its energy to earth - either directly or via ruling planets
